Author, Church Finances for Missional Leaders: Best Practices for Faithful Stewardship

For 25 years Bonnie has trained and resourced pastors and congregational leaders to more fully understand their roles and responsibilities as stewards by teaching practical skills for ministry and taking courageous stands. Using “process consulting” techniques, she empowers leaders and congregations to prayerfully consider God’s calling in order to gain clarity, transform anxiety into constructive energy, and to have confidence in the pathways they choose to pursue.


Bonnie has mediated conflict and crafted visions related to endowment funds or new missions, facilitated merger and re-envisioning processes, led campaigns and new mission launches, trained multiple staff, led retreats and taught leaders to appreciate diversity. Her deepest joy occurs when individuals and groups discover their God-given potential and capacity to move toward the future faithfully.
